ચા પહેલાં કે પછી પાણી ક્યારે પીવું યોગ્ય છે ? વાસી મોઢે ચા પીવાની આ રહી સાચી રીત, નહીં તો આ સમસ્યાનો કરવો પડશે સામનો. 

આપણા પૈકી અમુક લોકોની સવાર ચાથી થતી હોય છે. તો અમુક લોકો અડધી રાતે પણ ચા પીતા અચકાતા નથી.ઘણા લોકોને ચા બાદ પાણી પીવાની આદત હોય છે. આજુબાજુમાંથી ઘણા લોકો કહેતા હોય છે કે, ચા પછી પાણી ન પીઓ. કેટલાક લોકો એવું પણ કહે છે કે ચા પહેલાં પાણી ન પીવું જોઈએ. શું તમે ક્યારેય વિચાર્યું છે કે લોકો આવું કેમ બોલે છે, તેની પાછળનું કારણ શું છે.

આજે કામના સમાચારમાં, અમે આ વિશે નિષ્ણાત સાથે વાત કરીશું…

સૌથી પહેલા વાત કરીએ ચા પહેલાં પાણી પીવાની...

પ્રશ્ન: જેઓ બેડ-ટી લેતાં પહેલાં પાણી પીએ છે. શું આ પદ્ધતિ યોગ્ય છે?
જવાબ: બેડ-ટી પીતાં પહેલાં પાણી પીવું એટલે કે સવારે વાસી મોંની ચા સ્વાસ્થ્ય માટે સારી છે. મૂળભૂત રીતે પાણી શરીરને હાઇડ્રેટ રાખે છે.

ચાનું ph મૂલ્ય 6 છે. જો તમે ચા પીતાં પહેલાં પાણી પીતા હો તો આંતરડામાં એક લેયર બને છે જે ચાની એસિડિક અસરને ઘટાડે છે.

જો તમે ચા પીતાં પહેલાં હૂંફાળું પાણી પીતા હો તો આ સૌથી સારો ઉપાય છે.

વાસ્તવમાં ph એટલે પાવર ઓફ હાઇડ્રોજન એટલે કે હાઇડ્રોજનની શક્તિ. હાઇડ્રોજન પરમાણુઓ પદાર્થની એસિડિક અથવા મૂળભૂત પ્રકૃતિ નક્કી કરે છે.

મતલબ કે જો કોઈ પ્રવાહી અથવા ઉત્પાદનનું pH 1 અથવા 2 હોય, તો તે એસિડિક હોય છે અને જો તેનો pH 13 અથવા 14 હોય, તો તે આલ્કલાઇન છે. જો pH 7 છે તો તે તટસ્થ છે.

પ્રશ્ન: ચા પહેલાં પાણી પીવાથી સ્વાસ્થ્ય સંબંધિત કઈ સમસ્યાઓ દૂર થઈ શકે છે?
જવાબ: આવો જાણીએ...

ઉપરોક્ત ક્રિએટિવ્સ સમજીએ કે ચા પહેલાં પાણી પીવાથી આ સમસ્યાઓ કેવી રીતે ટાળી શકાય છે…

એસિડિટીઃ ખાલી પેટે વાસી મોઢાની ચા પીવાથી એસિડિટીની સમસ્યા થઈ શકે છે. ચા પીવાથી પેટમાં એસિડ વધે છે, જેના કારણે એસિડિટીની સમસ્યા વધે છે. એટલા માટે સવાર સિવાય જ્યારે પણ તમે ચા પીઓ તો તે પહેલાં પાણી પી લો.

ડિહાઇડ્રેશન: ચા તમારા શરીરને ડિહાઇડ્રેટ કરી શકે છે. એટલા માટે ચા પહેલાં પાણી પીવું જોઈએ. જેનાથી પીએચ બેલેન્સ પણ જળવાઈ રહે છે.

દાંતને નુકસાનઃ ચામાં કેમિકલ ટેનીન હોય છે. જે દાંતમાં સડોનું કારણ બની શકે છે. જ્યારે તમે ચા પીઓ છો ત્યારે દાંત પર તેનું લેયર બને છે. જો તમે ચા પહેલાં પાણી પીશો તો તેનાથી દાંતનું રક્ષણ થશે અને પાણી મોઢામાં રહેલા બેક્ટેરિયાને પણ સાફ કરશે.

અલ્સર: ખાલી પેટ ચા પીવાથી સ્વાસ્થ્યને નુકસાન થાય છે. તેનાથી અલ્સર થવાની શક્યતા વધી જાય છે. આ સ્થિતિમાં ચા પહેલાં પાણી પીવું શ્રેષ્ઠ વિકલ્પ છે. આ સાથે પેટ સંબંધિત સમસ્યાઓમાં પણ રાહત મળશે.

પ્રશ્ન: જો આવું હોય તો વાસી મોંએ પાણી પીધા પછી કેટલા સમય પછી ચા પીવી જોઈએ?
જવાબઃ ચા પીવાના 10-15 મિનિટ પહેલાં પાણી પીવામાં આવે તો વધુ ફાયદો થાય છે. આ ચામાંથી એસિડને પાતળું કરવામાં મદદ કરે છે. તેમજ કેફીનની અસર પણ ઓછી થાય છે.

હવે વાત કરીએ ચા પછી પાણી પીવાની...

પ્રશ્ન: કેટલાક લોકો ચા પછી તરત જ પાણી પીવે છે અથવા તેની સાથે, તે કેટલું યોગ્ય છે?
જવાબ: આ બિલકુલ યોગ્ય નથી. ગરમ ચા સાથે અથવા તરત જ પાણી અથવા કોઈપણ ઠંડું પ્રવાહી પીવું જોઈએ નહીં. તેનાથી સ્વાસ્થ્ય સંબંધિત ઘણી સમસ્યાઓ થઈ શકે છે. ખાસ કરીને ઉનાળામાં આ ન કરો.

પ્રશ્ન: ચા સાથે કે પછી પાણી પીવાથી શું તકલીફ થાય છે?
જવાબઃ આવું કરવાથી સ્વાસ્થ્ય સંબંધિત ઘણી સમસ્યાઓ થઈ શકે છે. ચાલો જાણીએ...

આવો જાણીએ આ સમસ્યાઓ કેવી રીતે ઊભી થાય છે...

પેટમાં ખલેલ: જો તમે ચા પીધા પછી તરત જ પાણી પીતા હો અથવા તેની સાથે પાણી પીતા હો તો તેનાથી પેટમાં તકલીફ થાય છે. પેટમાં ગેસ બનવા ઉપરાંત દુખાવો, પેટનું ફૂલવું, કબજિયાત, લૂઝ મોશન સહિતની ઘણી સમસ્યાઓ થઈ શકે છે.

શરદી અને ફ્લૂઃ ચા પછી તરત જ પાણી પીવાથી શરદી અને ફ્લૂ થઈ શકે છે. ગળામાં દુખાવો થશે. છીંક આવવા લાગશે. જો તમે આવું વારંવાર કરો છો તો આ સમસ્યા પણ વધી શકે છે.

નાકમાંથી લોહી આવવું: ચા પછી તરત જ પાણી પીવાથી નાકમાંથી લોહી નીકળે છે. ઉનાળામાં આવું બિલકુલ ન કરો. જો ચા ગરમ હોય અને પાણી ઠંડું હોય તો તે ઠંડું-ગરમ નુકસાન પહોંચાડી શકે છે.

દાંતનો સડો, દાંત પીળા પડવા: ચા પછી પાણી પીવાથી પણ દાંતને ઘણું નુકસાન થાય છે. દાંતમાં કળતર, સડો, પીળાપણું, સંવેદનશીલતા હોઈ શકે છે. આ ચામાં જોવા મળતા ટેનીનને કારણે છે.

પ્રશ્ન: ચા પીધા પછી કેટલા સમય પછી પાણી પીવું જોઈએ?
જવાબ: ચા પીધા પછી ઓછામાં ઓછી 30 મિનિટ સુધી પાણી કે કોઈ પણ ઠંડી વસ્તુ ન પીવી જોઈએ.

ઘણા લોકો ચા પછી તરત જ પાણી પીવા માટે થોડુંક અથવા બીજું ખાય છે. આવું કરવું ખોટું છે. જો તમારે પાણી પીવું જ હોય તો કંઈક ખાઓ, 20 મિનિટ પછી જ પાણી પીવો.

પ્રશ્ન: દિવસમાં કેટલી ચા પીવી જોઈએ?
જવાબ: હેલ્થલાઇનના રિપોર્ટ મુજબ, એક સ્વસ્થ વ્યક્તિએ દિવસમાં 1 થી 2 કપ ચા પીવી જોઈએ.

જો ગળામાં દુખાવો, શરદી અને ફ્લૂ જેવી સમસ્યા હોય તો તમે 2 થી 3 કપ હર્બલ ટી પી શકો છો.

પ્રશ્ન: ત્રણ કે તેથી વધુ કપ ચા પીવાથી શરીરને શું નુકસાન થશે?
જવાબ: જો તમે દિવસમાં 3 કે 4 કપથી વધુ ચા પીતા હો તો ઘણી શારીરિક સ્વાસ્થ્ય સમસ્યાઓ થઈ શકે છે. માનસિક સ્વાસ્થ્ય પણ બગડશે. તેની સાથે તણાવ અને ચિંતા વધવા લાગશે.

પ્રશ્ન: આપણે આપણા દિવસની શરૂઆત કઈ ચા-કોફી-પાણીથી કરવી જોઈએ?
જવાબઃ હૂંફાળું પાણી દિવસની શરૂઆતમાં એટલે કે સવારે ઊઠ્યા પછી પીવું જોઈએ. તેનાથી પાચનક્રિયા યોગ્ય રહે છે.

પ્રશ્ન: ઓકે, જો તમે ગ્રીન ટી પીતા હો તો તે પહેલાં પાણી પણ પીવું જરૂરી છે?
જવાબ: ના. ગ્રીન ટી પહેલાં પાણી પીવું જરૂરી નથી. તેનું કારણ એ છે કે ગ્રીન ટી દ્વારા શરીર પોતે જ હાઇડ્રેટ રહે છે. આ પીવાથી ઝેરી તત્ત્વો પણ બહાર આવે છે.

DigiLocker is a digital platform for issuing and verifying papers and certificates, removing the need for physical documents.

It intends to give citizens 'Digital Empowerment' by giving them access to authentic digital documents in their digital document wallet.

The new service will allow residents to easily and conveniently access the following things, according to a PIB press release:

It intends to give citizens 'Digital Empowerment' by giving them access to authentic digital documents in their digital document wallet.

The new service will allow residents to easily and conveniently access the following things, according to a PIB press release:

1. PAN card

2. Driving License

3. CBSE Class X Passing Certificate

4. Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)

5. Insurance Policy - Two Wheeler

6. Class X Marksheet

7. Class XII Marksheet

8. Insurance Policy Document ( Life and Non       life available on digilocker)

WhatsApp users

Individuals can use the chatbot by sending the message 'Namaste or Hi or Digilocker' to the WhatsApp number +91 9013151515.

The WhatsApp chatbot interface will allow users to download documents saved on a DIgilocker. According to the PIB release, “Digilocker will be an important citizen service offered by MyGov on WhatsApp to help promote digital inclusion and efficient governance”

How to download PAN card using WhatsApp

To get these details, users will just need to send 'Namaste’ or ‘Hi’ or ‘Digilocker’ to the WhatsApp number +91 9013151515.

Step 1: Save the number +919013151515 in your contact or Click here to without Save Number (for Driving Licence & Pan card)

Step 2: Open WhatsApp

Step 3: Send Namaste or Hi to WhatsApp number +91 9013151515

Step 4: The Digilocker Helpdesk will send the list of services it offers

Step 5: Enter the number of the service you wish to avail

Once the process is followed, the Digilocker Helpdesk will share the document on WhatsApp. However, the services can be availed by those who have their documents saved on Digilocker app, which is available on both Google Play store as well as Apple App store.
