RBI released list
Bank Holiday List is issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI). RBI releases the list of banking holidays at the beginning of the year, so that employees and customers do not face any problem.
Know when and why banks will be closed
April 14 - Banks will remain closed in all places except Shillong and Shimla on account of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti/ Mahavir Jayanti/ Baisakhi/ Tamil New Year/ Chiroba, Biju festival/ Bohar Bihu festival.
Bank Holidays: इस हफ्ते अगर आपका भी बैंक जाने का प्लान है या बैंक से जुड़ा कोई जरूरी काम है तो आपको बता दें कि इस हफ्ते लगातार 4 दिन बैंकों में कोई काम नहीं होगा। इसलिए बैंक जाने की योजना बनाने से पहले हमेशा Holiday List (हॉलिडे लिस्ट) चेक कर लें ताकि आपको किसी तरह की दिक्कत न हो। आपको बता दें कि ये छुट्टियां राज्यों के हिसाब से अलग-अलग शहरों में हैं।

आपको बता दें कि इस सप्ताह 14, 15, 16 और 17 अप्रैल को बैंकों में काम नहीं होगा। छुट्टियों की सूची में रविवार भी शामिल है। 14, 15, 16 अप्रैल को कुछ शहरों में बैंक अवकाश रहेगा। तो आप इस लिस्ट में अपने शहर का नाम चेक करें।
RBI ने जारी की सूची
Bank Holiday List (बैंक छुट्टियों की सूची) भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) द्वारा जारी की जाती है। RBI साल की शुरुआत में बैंकिंग हॉलिडे की लिस्ट जारी करता है, ताकि कर्मचारियों और ग्राहकों को कोई दिक्कत न हो।
जानिए बैंक कब और क्यों बंद होंगे
14 अप्रैल - डॉ. बाबासाहेब अम्बेडकर जयंती/महावीर जयंती/बैसाखी/तमिल नव वर्ष/चिरोबा, बीजू उत्सव/बोहर बिहू उत्सव के कारण शिलांग और शिमला को छोड़कर सभी जगहों पर बैंक बंद रहेंगे।
15 अप्रैल - गुड फ्राइडे/बंगाली नव वर्ष/हिमाचल दिवस/विशु/बोहाग बिहू के कारण जयपुर, जम्मू और श्रीनगर के अलावा अन्य बैंक बंद रहेंगे।
16 अप्रैल - बोहाग बिहू पर गुवाहाटी में बैंक बंद
17 अप्रैल - रविवार को साप्ताहिक अवकाश के कारण बैंक बंद रहेंगे।
कुल 15 दिन की छुट्टी
आपको बता दें कि पूरे अप्रैल महीने में बैंक कुल 15 दिनों के लिए बंद रहता है, जिसमें से कुछ छुट्टियां चली जाती हैं और कुछ छुट्टियां अगले हफ्ते आएंगी। आपको बता दें कि हर राज्य में छुट्टियों की लिस्ट अलग-अलग होती है। प्रत्येक राज्य में छुट्टियों की सूची उस राज्य के त्योहारों के अनुसार निर्धारित की जाती है।
April 15 - Banks other than Jaipur, Jammu and Srinagar will remain closed on account of Good Friday / Bengali New Year / Himachal Day / Vishu / Bohag Bihu.
16 April - Bank closed in Guwahati on Bohag Bihu
April 17 - Banks will be closed on Sunday due to weekly holiday.
