This news is special for you if your account is in SBI, the largest bank in the country. Indeed, State Bank of India (SBI) has issued an urgent notice to its more than 42 crore customers.

 

The SBI has issued a warning against a call or message in the name of KYC verification. The SBI made the announcement on Twitter. “Protect yourself from incoming calls or messages of KYC verification,” SBI said in a tweet. Inform the bank about the fraud, the SBI said in a tweet, “Protect yourself from fraudulent calls or messages requesting KYC verification.”

SBI has shared a video for security advice and asked to report such case at https://cybercrime.gov.in. Here are 7 tips to avoid fraud. 0 • OTP Do not share with anyone. Avoid remote access applications. Don’t share a copy of Aadhaar with a stranger.

Change your password from time to time. Do not share your mobile and private data with anyone. Avoid clicking on any link.
