New Delhi. The country has so far infected 86,508 people and killed 2,760. So far, 30,258 people have recovered after treatment across the country. On the other hand, the number of infected people in Maharashtra has reached 29,100 again today. At the same time, Tamil Nadu has reached the second position with 10,108 infected people. Thousands of laborers are fleeing the city on foot or other means to their homes after the lockdown. The Union Home Ministry said migrant workers were still being seen on roads and railway tracks and in trucks. If any laborers are seen on the road, take them to a shelter home and give them food and water. The ministry said it was the responsibility of the state government to arrange trains and buses for the workers who wanted to go home.

The Mizoram government has extended the lockdown till May 31. However, at present the whole of Mizoram is in the green zone. Bihar has also appealed to the Center to extend the lockdown till the end of this month. Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel said the state borders should be kept closed for the next 2-3 months. At the same time, Telangana Chief Minister KCRA has claimed that the state has become free of corona by leaving 4 zones of Hyderabad.

Status of states of the country 

Madhya Pradesh, Infected: 4595- There were 169 cases of infection here on Friday. Of these, 61 are from Indore, 26 from Bhopal, 27 from Burhanpur, 10 from Ujjain, 11 from Jabalpur and 07 from Dhar. The fourth phase of lockdown has started in the state from May 18. According to the information received, the lockdown will be effective till May 31.

Maharashtra, Infected: 29100- 1576 corona patients were found in the state on Friday, 933 new cases were reported in Mumbai alone. The report of 84 people in the hot spot Dharavi came positive. 53 people were killed here. Lockdown in hotspot areas like Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, Solapur, Aurangabad and Malegaon has been extended till May 31.

Uttar Pradesh, Infected: 4075- 155 infected were found here in the last 24 hours. These include 10 patients from Hapud, 9-9 from Agra and Meerut, 5 from Lucknow and 4 from Gautam Buddha Nagar. The state has so far recovered 2165 crore infected.

 Rajasthan, Infected: 4838- There were 91 cases of infection here on Saturday. Out of which 55 patients were found in Jaipur, 21 in Dungarpur, 21 in Udayarpur, 02 in Sirohi, while 1-1 patients were found in Kota, Ajmer, Bharatpur and Zuzun.

 Delhi, Infected: 8895- There were 425 cases of infection here on Friday. On the other hand, the people of Delhi have given more than five lakh suggestions to the Kejriwal government about the lockdown. Emphasis is placed on making masks mandatory and maintaining social distress.

 Bihar, Infected-1033- The corona report of 34 patients here came positive on Friday with 5-5 in Khagadia and Begusarai, 2 in Madhubani and one in Siwan.
