If your PAN card is damaged or lost then you can easily get another copy of it. The Income Tax Department declares the PAN card through UTITSL or National Security Depository Limited (NSDL) and the tax information network (TIN). You can also get another copy of your PAN card by contacting the agency who created your PAN card.
How to make a reprint
For this you can go to UTITSL or NSDL-TIN's online portal and click on the Reprint PAN card option. After using this feature you can easily get your PAN card reprinted at your home. In the meantime you have the option on which address you want to deliver or make changes to your new PAN card.
Both agencies charge Rs 50 for delivery of Aadhar card reprints anywhere in India. On the other hand, if you want to be delivered to a place other than India, you have to pay Rs 959 per card. But when applying, you need to keep in mind which delivery you want to deliver. In the meantime, if you do not change the address then a copy of the PAN card will be delivered to the registered address.

E-Pancard
Hard copy of your PAN card will not be required after the change in rules regarding Intax. You can also use softcopy if you wish. Both UTITSL and NSDL-TIN announce e-PAN cards. This feature is applicable for new and old PAN card holders. However, the PDF file is also valid for this by the Income Tax Department.
