Important news for motorists / RC will be confiscated if you do not have PUC, the government has made this plan.

 The central government is cracking down on those who violate vehicle pollution standards.  Are bringing a new system from January next year.  Where PUC certificate is no longer available, vehicle registration certificate i.e. RC will be confiscated.

 The Ministry of Road Transport has also issued a notification in this regard through a draft on November 27, in which suggestions have also been sought from other stakeholders before making the PUC system online.  The process will be completed in the next two months.

 People familiar with the development said that under the new system, information about the vehicle owner will be uploaded to the servers connected to the motor vehicle database.  Thus it will be very difficult for people to continue using their own vehicles without PUC certification.
